Background Information: Mr. Miller graduated college with "Honors" and law school with "Distinction" (top 10%). He has been litigating cases since 1993. In his tenure he has tried thousands of cases in Illinois and Missouri. He regularly tries both bench trials and jury trials. Mr. Miller has had the pleasure of arguing before the Missouri Court of Appeals in both the Eastern and Western Districts. He has also argued appellate cases in the Eighth Circuit Federal Court.
