Biography: Mr. Finley is a lifelong St. Louisan. He is a history enthusiast who has enjoyed appearing in a multitude of Missouri and Illinois counties for court appearances and other events. In addition to practicing law, Mr. Finley serves the citizens of Ballwin, MO, as Alderman in Ward 1. He has served in that position since being first elected in 2010. Mr. Finley enjoys various athletics, as a youth coach, athlete, official, and fan. He also enjoys local live music. Fun fact: Mr. Finley was an extra in the movie, “Up In The Air.”
Background Information: Mr. Finley regularly achieves successful results for creditor clients by trying jury trials and bench trials. He handles a variety of collections cases including those for corporate creditors, consumer creditors, and individual creditors. He has successfully tried collections cases and handled dockets in circuit and associate circuit courts all throughout Missouri, having regularly appeared in the following counties: St. Louis (City and County), Jefferson, Franklin, St. Charles, Lincoln, Washington, and also Jackson and Clay on the west side of the state. Mr. Finley also has extensive experience in Missouri Workers’ Compensation.
